Ragi Soup!!!

A very simple healthy soup especially for people who want to reduce their weight & diabetics.

Ingredients:

Ragi Huri hittu - 1cup
Black pepper pwd - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Onions - 1 big
Garlic - 4 cloves (crushed/sliced)
Boiled veggies (any of your choice) - 1/2 cup
Butter/Olive oil - 2 tsps

Method:

In a bowl mix the huri hittu, salt & pepper pwd along with enough water to make a running liquid.  In a pan heat butter/olive oil add the onions & garlic & fry until they are golden brown color.  Now add the ragi mixture & the veggies & bring it to a boil. Add the soy sauce & vinegar & boil it for another minute.

Remove from heat & serve hot along with garlic bread.
