Sprouts & Potato Curry!!!

Just one word to describe this dish "Yummmmmmy"!!!

Ingredients:

Potato (without skin) - 2
Mixed Sprouts  - 1 cup
Fresh coconut cup
Onion big
Green chillies
Ginger-Garlic paste tsp
Garam Masala tsp
Salt to taste
Oil tbsps
Jeera tsp
Curry leaves

Method:

Pressure cook the potato & sprouts together wit a little bit of salt.  Make a fine paste of coconut & green chillies & keep aside.  In a pan heat oil, add jeera, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste & onion & fry until the onions turn golden brown.  Now add the cooked sprouts & potato & the ground masala & mix well.  Add Garam Masala, salt & water if required & bring it to a boil.  Remove from heat & garnish with coriander & serve along with rotis or rice.
