Biscuit Tikki Puri!!!

This was an on the spot creation of mine.  Got inspired from the street side vendor, when hubby asked for some homemade chats at odd hours of night...

Ingredients:

Marie Biscuits - 7
A mixture of grated carrot finely chopped tomatoes, onions & fresh coriander - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Chat Masala
Jeera pwd
Mayonnaise - as per taste
French Dressing - as per taste
Hot & sweet Chutney - as per taste
Puffed Rice/Murmura/Kadalepuri

For the Hot & Sweet Chutney, grind the following to a smooth paste along with some water.

Juice of half a lemon
Tamarind - marble sized ball
Pudina - handful
Fresh coriander - handful
Green Chillies - 3
Ginger - 1"
Garlic - 4 pods
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Soft Dates - 2 tbsps
Salt to taste

Method:

Place the Marie Biscuits on a serving plate & place a tsp of the raw veggies mixture on top of each biscuit.  Now add half a tsp of the Hot & sweet Chutney (add the chutney as per your taste) followed by a pinch of salt, chat masala, Jeera pwd sprinkled on top of it.  Now add just a drop of Mayonnaise & French Dressing & finally take a handful of Kadalepuri crush a little in your hands n sprinkle on the tikkis generously.  Serve immediately.

Variations:
»Add congress kadalekayi & Sev to this for extra taste.
»You can omit the Mayonnaise & French Dressing, I just added whatever was available in hand, you can use hung curd instead.
»I had used Sunfeast orange flavoured Marie biscuits, replace it with any other brand you want or even toasted bread.
»Lastly, you can prepare the green chutney & sweet chutney separately. I was too lazy for it so ended up mixing both. Please adjust the spiciness & sweet as per your taste.
