Ingredients:
Sweet Corn - 1/2 cup
Groundnuts - 150 gms
Gasa Gase Khus Khus (roasted) - 1 tsp
Elachi pwd - 1 tsp
Cloves pwd - a pinch
Jayikayi pwd - a pinch
Jaggery - 250 gms
Dates - 4
Method:
Make a fine paste of sweet corn, Groundnuts, Khus Khus with a bit of water & seive it to extract the milk. In a thick bottomed vessel add the extracted sweet corn milk, jaggery & a tbsp of sweet corn & dates & boil it until they are tender. Remove from heat add the Elachi, Cloves & jayikayi pwds & serve hot.
