7 cup Burfi!!!

A very easy & quick recipe for sweet lovers...

Ingredients:

Fresh coconut - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Gram Flour - 2 cups
Milk - 1 cup

Method:

In a pan add 2 tbsps of Ghee & fry the gram flour until the raw smell goes. To this add the rest of the ingredients & cook until the Ghee starts floating on top & the mixture leaves the pan.  Keep stirring continuously so as to avoid burning the dish.

Once the mixture forms a ball remove from heat & pour into a greased plate. Spread evenly & let it cool down at room temperature. Cut into desired shape & serve.
