Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2 medium sized, Capsicum - 2 medium sized, salt to taste, Rasam pwd - 1 tbsp, Chat masala - 1 tbsps, 2-3 tbsps of oil.
Method:
Peel the potatoes & cut them into bite sized cubes & keep aside in a bowl of water until cooking time. Deseed the Capsicum & cut them similar to the potatoes. In a pan heat oil, add the potatoes first & fry until its cooked & a little crisp on the outside. Move the potatoes onto a plate & fry Capsicum the same way. Once done add the potatoes, salt, chat masala & Rasam pwd tsp & mix well. Remove from heat, garish with fresh coriander leaves & serve along with Rice & Dal along with a spoon of ghee.
