Vegetable Sagu!!!

One of the curries which goes well with chapathis, puris, idli, dosa or even plain rice. 

Ingredients:

Mixed vegetable (boiled) - 1 cup (peas, carrot, potato, cauliflower, beans etc.,)
fresh coconut - 2 tbsps
green chillies - 6
fried gram Dal hurigadale - 1 tbsp
fresh coriander - 2 tbsps
cashews - 2 tsps
lemon juice - 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil - 1 tbsp
mustard - 1 tsp
curry leaves - 1 strand
Onion - 1 medium (sliced)
Capsicum - 1 medium (cubed)

Method:

In a mixie jar add fresh coconut, coriander, cashews, green chillies, fried gram Dal & ground to a fine paste.  Heat oil in a pan, add mustard once they crackle, add curry leaves, capsicum & fry for 2 mins. Add the onions & fry until golden brown. Now add the ground masala & fry until the raw smell goes. Add the boiled veggies along with the water & bring it to a boil. Add salt & lemon juice, mix well & remove from heat. Garnish with coriander & serve hot.
