Cabbage & Kabuli Channa Palya!!!

Just simple stir-fry palya..

Ingredients:

Cabbage/Yelle Kosu (chopped) - 2 cups
Kabuli Channa (soaked overnight) - 1 cup
Fresh Coconut gratings - half a cup
Fresh Coriander - handful chopped
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Green Chillies - 3 (slit lengthwise)
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Channa Dal - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
juice of half a lemon
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:

Cook the cabbage & Kabuli Channa separately until soft.  In a pan heat oil, add mustard, Urad Dal, Channa Dal, green chillies, curry leaves & fry for a min or two. Now add the cooked cabbage & Kabuli Channa, fresh coconut gratings, fresh Coriander, salt & lemon juice. Mix well, remove from heat & serve.
