A very very simple & healthy kosambari.. Very good for eye sight as well as during pregnancy!!!
Ingredients:
Carrot grated - 2 big
Fresh Coconut gratings - 1 cup
Fresh Coriander - handful
Green Chillies - 2 (slit into half)
lemon juice - 2 tsps
salt to taste
Mustard - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Method:
Make a oggaranne/tadka of oil, mustard, Urad Dal, green Chillies & curry leaves. Combine the rest of ingredients along with the oggaranne, mix well & serve.
