Jackfruit Payasa!!!

Ingredients:

Jackfruit (finely chopped) - 25 nos.
Ghee - 100 gms
Milk - 1/4 litre
Fresh coconut gratings - 1 cup
Jaggery - 250 gms
Elachi pwd - 1 tsp

Method:

Fry the chopped jackfruit in ghee & keep it aside.  Make a smooth paste of coconut & Jaggery, mix it with milk & boil it until it thickens a bit.  Add the fried jackfruit & elachi pwd, mix well & serve.
