Rava Vada!!!

Ingredients:

Rava - 1/2 kg
Green chillies (chopped)- 8
Onions (chopped)- 4
Fresh coconut gratings - 1/2 cup
Cooking Soda - 1 tsp
Curd - 1/4 litre
fresh Coriander (chopped) - 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Ghee - 2 tbsps
Oil for frying

Method:

Fry the Rava with 2 tbsps of Ghee, add the rest of the ingredients except oil & mix well into a thick dough.  Take lemon sized balls, flatten it & deep fry them in hot oil. 

Serve hot wit coconut chutney or tomato ketchup.
